Description
It is said, some tracks should be left as they are. You cannot make them any better. Cybordelics's "Adventure of Dama" was one of them for a very long time. For a long time one of the producers, Chris Maico Schmidt, has resisted against remixing requests. In 2013, the counter-defenses followed and remixes by others appeared. Robert Babicz, Alex Bau, Raul Rincon and himself. In 2016, Ricardo Villalobos, Butch and Tuff City followed suit. Inbetween, he heard the voice of James Davis in the studio of Bodo Felusch. There no longer was any trace of counter-defense. The result of which is these two versions and the refutation of the statement from the beginning of the sentence.
Bodo Felusch „Gimme a Beat Mix“:
There is nothing more to add, the mix title says it all. Would‘nt it be for the vocals of James Davis. But you must hear these by yourself anyway.
Chris Maico Schmidt „Gimme a String Mix“:
Again, any further description is superfluous. Would‘nt it be for the vocals of James Davis. But you must hear these by yourself anyway.

Ich liebe ja den Gimme a string Rmx, daher ist es natürlich schwierig mit einem weiteren Rmx . Der Felusch Mix sagt mir aber durchaus auch sehr zu. Nen tacken härter die Nummer, sehr gut neu arrangiert und mit ein paar nicen zusätzlichen Soundelementen versehn. Landet definitiv auch in meiner virtuellen Plattenkiste und muss nicht lange darauf warten gespielt zu werden. Good Job würde ich mal sagen. |
